I’m Christine Appel, and for more than 20 years I’ve poured my heart into real estate. It’s a career that has shaped me, challenged me, and rewarded me in the most meaningful ways. As a Master Practitioner in Real Estate (MPRE), I’ve built my business on dedicated service, honest guidance, and relationships that last long after the sold sign goes up.

One of the things I’m most proud of is how many clients come back to me again and again — and refer their friends and family. That kind of loyalty means the world to me. It tells me they trust my judgement, value my expertise, and feel truly looked after throughout the process. Nothing motivates me more than delivering that level of service, every single time.

Before real estate, my career took a wonderfully varied path. I spent six years in Music Education, teaching and shaping young musicians. Then I moved into broadcasting, where I spent 12 years as a music program producer, announcer, and television producer. Managing daily broadcasts sharpened my organisational skills, taught me to stay calm under pressure, and strengthened my leadership abilities.

Somewhere in that journey, I also built a successful part-time multi-level marketing business, growing a team of more than a thousand people across Africa and the UK. That chapter taught me the power of mentoring, motivation, and working with people from all walks of life — skills that translate beautifully into real estate.

Outside of work, I’m very much a person with wide interests.
  • I have a deep love of music — especially classical recitals — something that still inspires me creatively.
  • Photography is another passion, and it quietly supports the visual aspect of my real estate marketing.
  • Time with family and friends is non-negotiable. Those moments matter.
  • And I’m at my happiest exploring the Western Cape: its wine estates, its natural beauty, its culture… all the things that make this region such a special place to live.
Staying ahead is important to me, so I continually keep myself updated with market trends, technology, and industry regulations. My clients deserve informed, forward-thinking guidance — and I love delivering exactly that.

At the end of the day, my goal is simple: to keep doing what I love, to serve my clients with excellence and integrity, and to play a meaningful role in the community I care so deeply about.
